Followap to Launch Its Mobile Device Partnership Program (MDPP™)

Will facilitate the integration of advanced messaging clients into mobile devices to deliver feature-rich, graphical interface to users of the iFollow platform.

New York, NY. – November 13, 2001 – Followap, a leading provider of Messaging platforms for mobile operators, announced today the launching of its Mobile Device Partnership Program (MDPP). This program was established to promote the integration of Followap’s iMMS™ client (Patent Pending) into mobile devices, which will enable mobile operators to provide the users of the iFollow™ messaging platform with feature-rich, intuitive, graphical and user-friendly interface.

Followap’s iMMS™ client combines Mobile Instant Messaging (MIM) and Multimedia Messaging Services (MMS) capabilities and is available for 2G, 2.5G and 3G devices. The synergy between IM, the Buddy List and MMS creates an easy to operate, all-in-one messaging user’s interface.

“Following the extraordinary success of SMS and Internet-based IM, Mobile Instant Messaging and Multimedia Messaging Services are now gaining momentum,” said Tommy Volsen, COO of Followap. “Through this program, we are enabling mobile operators to offer their subscribers an easy and intuitive way to access these advanced messaging services without having to load any software.”

Through the MDPP, mobile device manufactures will gain access to the development tools, documentation and support required for integrating Followap’s iMMS™ client into their mobile devices.
